The Central Motel is situated beside the Central Hotel, right on the Esplanade in the middle of the town. Ideally situated close to the shopping centre, Banks, Post Office and an easy stroll to the footbridge. The lake and all its lovely walkways are right across the road; and the tourist boats and the fishing fleet, one of Australia's largest, ply their trade from the jetties opposite.

The motel itself has been built in a quiet courtyard behind the shops in a quiet, peaceful environment. It is nestled around the Central Motel's private swimming pool and communal spa, where plenty of chairs and lounges enable guests to soak up the sun in winter, or sit in the cool shade of the bright umbrellas on a hot summers day. A gas BBQ is available beside the pool.

A free laundry, with washing machine and tumble drier, is provided for guests, with an ironing board and iron provided in each room.

Cots are available on request.

Standard Motel Units (12) include:

	A queen bed and a single bed all with quality linen provided.
	The Motel units all have separate en-suite bathroom.
	Two easy chairs and a table are provided.
	The television shows local stations, Sky channel and in-house movies.
	Tea and coffee facilities with a toaster are all provided, and a choice of continental breakfast or cooked breakfast can be ordered.
	Direct dial telephones, Internet access, heating and air-conditioning, and a clock radio are all provided.

Fully Self Contained Studio Units (2) include:

	The Studio Units contain a queen bed with quality linen, and have a sofa bed; with a full separate en-suite bathroom.
	Direct dial telephones, Internet access, heating and air-conditioning, and a clock radio are all provided.
	The television shows local stations, Sky channel and in-house movies.
	A well-equipped kitchen area has hot plates for cooking, a microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
	Bar stools are set to a kitchen bench, for eating.
	Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, and a choice of continental breakfast or cooked breakfast can be ordered.

Or you can wander over to George's bar for a quality breakfast and watch the boats head off for the catch of the day. Opens at 8.00am

Fully Self Contained Family Rooms (2) include:

	Family Units contain two separated sleeping areas.
	The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed in a 'studio' set up; and there are twin single beds in a separate bedroom, all with quality linen.
	Direct dial telephones, Internet access, heating and air-conditioning, and a clock radio are all provided.
	The sitting area had a table, easy chairs and a sofa bed, which can double as an extra bed.
	The television shows local stations, Sky channel and in-house movies.
	A well-equipped kitchen area has hot plates for cooking, a microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
	Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.
	A full separate en-suite style bathroom is provided for the unit.
