The Central Hotel Motel
is one of the most easily recognised businesses in Lakes Entrance, with
its central location and tower. A major refurbishment has truly
complemented the warm welcome customarily enjoyed by patrons and visitors
for years.
We still offer true
country hospitality together with new, modern conveniences.
The Central Hotel Motel
is situated conveniently in the middle of the town overlooking Cunninghame
Arm and the local fishing fleet, providing easy access to all that Lakes
Entrance has to offer.
The quality Bistro is
open seven days a week and provides a choice from our extensive
menu, including daily Chef’s specials.

We have three bars depending on your interests: Georges Bar, a
gathering place for a cocktail or coffee and rich, sumptuous cakes
and biscuits, the Mariner’s Lounge, for the fisherman and the
fisherman at heart, and the Sports Lounge Corner
Bar with its TAB facilities. The Bistro and all the bars provide a
wide range of beers, wines, spirits and liqueurs. We have two ATM
outlets for those little emergencies.
Outside facilities
provide cosy sheltered areas with views of the bustling fishing
arena, with tables and comfy cane chairs to relax: A popular area
for patrons in the summer months. Our courtesy bus is
available to pick you up and drop you safely at home in Lakes
Entrance.
Our drive-in bottle shop is open
until late every day of the week, and stocks an extensive variety of
beer, spirits and wines. Friendly driveway service is assured
and weekly Bottlemart specials ensure you are getting value for your

The Central Hotel Motel’s new function rooms have facilities for up
to 200 patrons, with private bar and dance floor. This area is
ideally suited to meetings, weddings or parties.
The Motel itself has
been modernised and upgraded with luxurious comfort, but still
retains the country warmth, providing a choice of
motel, studio and
family accommodation.
